As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I hold a trauma-informed, nervous-system-centered foundation that honors psychological safety & emotional regulation. Rooted in my Indigenous lineage & spiritual practices, I integrate breath work, intuitive guidance, leading to transformation.
